Great customer service and communication via email. I did my first time order all through email with Elizabeth Mellen and she definitely answered all my questions I had all week long. She also helped me get my order shipped out to me as well. Got my mix today and definitely super happy with it. Super clean and good looking feed! Will definitely order again

You have to call the number listed on the shipping and receiving door. Then they'll give you the dock number to back up to. Easy backing. Once they're finished loading your trailer, they'll bring your paperwork out to you. Easy peasy! No overnight parking on the premises. Didn't see any parking available on the side street. There's signs posted everywhere stating no parking allowed.
